What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with a wide range of clients — from entrepreneurs and family businesses to mid-sized companies and corporations. Our solutions are tailored to the specific business functions of a given role, whether you are an entrepreneur, business owner, employee, technical director (CTO), marketing director (CMO), HR director, sales director (CSO), or CEO.
How does the first engagement typically begin?
It starts with a short introductory meeting — typically 30 minutes — where we discuss your current situation, challenges, and goals. Based on that, we propose the most suitable format of collaboration: a one-time consultation, a project engagement, or an ongoing advisory relationship.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. Most of our work is done remotely via video calls, which makes it convenient for clients across different cities and countries. For certain projects — workshops, on-site process audits, or team sessions — we can arrange in-person meetings as well.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused consultation or review can be completed in a few hours. A strategy project typically spans 2–6 weeks. Ongoing advisory or mentoring relationships often run for several months. We always define scope and timelines clearly before starting.
Can I see references or client examples?
We respect the privacy of our clients and do not publish references or case studies publicly. You will have the opportunity to learn more about our experience and relevant project examples during our first conversation.
What is the Business Club and who is it for?
The Business Club is a community for owners, executives, and entrepreneurs who want to grow through peer exchange and structured support. Members join role-based circles — CEO, HR, Entrepreneurs, etc. — each uniting peers with similar challenges. The club also runs cross-circle events for the whole community.
How is your pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the type and scope of engagement. We offer fixed-price packages for defined deliverables and hourly or retainer models for ongoing work. We're happy to discuss what makes sense for your specific situation.
